While this project represents a new partnership, KIS has a proven track record of executing complex industrial control system projects across wastewater, manufacturing, and process-based facilities. Our experience includes the integration of PLC controls, SCADA systems, HMI development, industrial networking, instrumentation, electrical drawings, and system modernization projects tailored to demanding operational environments.

KIS has also performed multiple wastewater and process-related control system integrations, supporting facilities that require dependable automation, accurate monitoring, and seamless coordination between electrical and operational teams. Our team understands the importance of schedule adherence, communication, and delivering systems that operate reliably under real-world industrial conditions.

Lux Row Distillery

  • Lux Row Distillery / 100,000 Gal/day DryHouse (Multiple Phases) 

  • Initial facility integration and later 50% capacity expansion 

  • New dryhouse facility (700 I/O, 86 motors) 

  • SCADA migration to FactoryTalk Optix with web-based visualization 

  • Zero-downtime HMI system replacement and upgrade with FactoryTalk Historian inclusion and PI Vision data integration

  • Full electrical and controls engineering packages 

  • Integration of boilers, cooling systems, weight scales, and process systems
